Financial/Administrative Assistant (8 hours per week)
InterStage builds temporary structures for major festivals, trade shows, and TV productions. To expand our team in Meppel, we are looking for a Financial/Administrative Assistant. Are you energized by numbers and administrative processes? Do you see it as a challenge to ensure that financial administration runs smoothly and accurately? Then we are looking for you!
As a Financial/Administrative Assistant, you will support our financial manager and ensure our financial processes run seamlessly. With your precision and insight, you will make a real difference. Does this sound like you? Then we’d love to meet you!
Who are you?
- You have an MBO-level education or thinking capacity, preferably in administration/finance.
- You have financial insight and work with great accuracy.
- You are customer-oriented, communicative, and quick to adapt.
- You are proactive, trustworthy, and proficient with Office applications.
- You have excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

- Prepare payments.
- Manage project invoicing.
- Monitor outstanding receivables.
- Process purchase invoices.
- Perform control functions.
