Front Office Assistant
InterStage builds temporary structures for major festivals, trade shows, and TV productions. For our office in Meppel, we are seeking a Front Office Assistant. Are you someone who creates a warm welcome? Do you have a customer-oriented attitude and excellent organizational skills? Then we are looking for you!
As a Front Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors. With your professional and organized approach, you will ensure that everything in the office runs smoothly.
Who are you?
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
- You are empathetic, social, and customer-oriented.
- You work in a structured manner and have good knowledge of office technology.
- You are flexible, presentable, and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
What will you do?
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications.
- Handle agenda management, email, and phone correspondence.
- Monitor and improve office processes and efficiency.
- Organize meetings and events.
- Schedule, prepare, and take minutes during meetings.
- Manage inventory and purchase office and pantry supplies.
- Ensure a neat and organized working environment.
- Perform light administrative tasks.
