- Catering facilities possible through separate spaces
- Optional waterproof ceilings, wall tarpaulins and distribution counters.
- Stairs with railing 1.00m and 2.00m wide in the same style, by building in width and height.
- Can be used both indoors and outdoors
- Various canopies possible
- Easy to expand into a hybrid Steelspan-Layher construction due to equal grid sizes.
